In most cases it is essential for individuals wishing to live and work in the UK to have a valid visa.
The application process has recently changed with the ‘Points Based System’ now in operation. (There are transitional arrangements in place for those already in the UK under the HSMP, work permit system, etc).
iConsult Immigration can assist you and, where applicable, your employers to extend your stay under the transitional rules – please complete the FREE assessment form to the right of this page for details of your current circumstances.
